Again we see inferstor/bloodlord loose to carriers on a map where toss gets easy 4 bases A carrier transition is ridiculously hard to pull off. If you can get to that composition and keep it as hidden as Squirtle did, you deserve to win. Lucky didn't even have any corruptors, so it was just a well executed strategy, not a sign of carriers being overpowered. If you want to see what happens when a Zerg player plays well against carriers, watch Creator v Curious from WCS Asia.

Creator vs. Curious in WCS Asia had a similar situation (worse, actually, it was more slow/painful than hyun's game. creator also played really well in CK) VOD: http://www.twitch.tv/wcsasia_1/b/335516857?t=18m28s

I guess they still need to find a way to find cohesion as a group and get wins. Honestly, Startale should have won. The reason for FXO's victory was Gumiho playing like a god against Life and taking him out in the first match, then also taking down Parting. He took down ST's two strongest players himself. That should not have happened, as great as Gumiho is in team league he's not a champion of any tournament. Life played poorly and the defeat I feel is solely because of his bad performance. He is supposed to be their ace and he went out so easily. This was Startale's season, it was their best shot. Their entire A team lineup is in form with strong results recently and they should be the best team, they demonstrated in IPTL that they are the best team. I'm still quite shocked that they lost here, FXO is amazing but they don't have a lineup of 5 star players. asd and Tear while great are no Bomber, Life, Parting, Squirtle or even Curious. They shouldn't lose to any team playing Life, Parting, Squirtle, Bomber, Curious. It just shouldn't happen, but it did.

They won last GSTL, they are good.. FXO has a lot of players who step it up in teamleagues, especially Gumiho.

IM's failures in team leagues are usually attributed to the decisions of their coach or Mvp and NesTea being weak in teamleague, It's not quite the same. I get what you're saying but really, they shouldn't have lost. I think their biggest mistake was not leaving their strongest player ( Life ) to meet Leenock in the end, I think if they put Squirtle out first instead and left Life for the end they would have had a higher chance to win the last game. Then again Life played poorly in his match and just went 0-4 out of GSL to ZvZ so who knows. Anyway, full credit to FXO for winning but this is just weird.

On paper one team is always better than the other (almost always anyway), then you take account of form, training... etc, and you think one team is clearly ahead. But sports has that surprising element that the dark horse may have some incredible play (or the favourite really lacklustre play) and proceed to win. Personally that's what I like about sports ^^

Justice will not be truly theirs until they win the GSTL.

You can't even say that even had parting defeated mkp that st had that in the bag; creator and byun were also in really good shape back then and would have been tough too. this notion of justice is pretty stupid, startale has beaten prime plenty of times since
