Hope there is a separate qualiflier for China/Taiwan/S.E.A region.Homestorycup should try to bringin the starcraft scene from these regions with the rest of the world.It will be great to see a Chinese SC2pro.in your apartment.There are casters willing to cast in chinese.If a qualiflier is too troublesome an invite then.Good publicity for Homestorycup too.

I can imagine that trying to get a German visa from China is pretty hard.
At least considering that, in case you want to move to Germany to your wife / husband, you need to pass a German test.
