hard to weight all these tourney performances how about if creator takes BWC and GSL? if Leenock wins GSL, he has a good shot at being the best player 2012, having one major MLG title as well as runner up. And a GSL title.. Go LEENOCK MKP may win WCG (he should) it will be a "WOW" if creator wins GSL, WCS, IPL and Iron squid. (Let incoming korean fan girls...............) MKP won't be going to WCG since it's same day as GSL Ro4 / IPL5
ah,,,,, then poor MKP, it is highly possible that he won't be the victor of anything (((

Being the best player of 2012 is all fine and dandy, but what's even more important is who's the best looking player of 2012?

Not really, Mvp won a Code S season, but didnt do much on foreign ground and while MLG is certainly more important than IEM, Leenock would have the edge over him.

Never liked Soulkey as much. Life is funny and shows awesome play. I don't see as much funny play from KeSPA players. And seeing all of StarTale die is just fucking sad for a fan like me.

Then Mvp shows up
That would be the most symbolic victory MKP could achieve, winning a GSL final against his old nemesis, conquering all his old demons and finally getting the GSL gold. Unfortunately Mvp isn't available for this season. Perhaps next year I really hope MKP catches a break and gets at least one GSL gold in his lifetime he it feels like he deserves at least one.

I'm just annoyed at how godawful this Ro8 lineup looks compared to the last few seasons, and I suspect Leenock will have a very easy ride to his first GSL trophy. Not that I mind that at all, in fact that's what I'm desperately hoping for as he's the only one I 'really' like of the remaining players, but more so I don't want another super-onesided GSL finals, we've had far too many already.
edit: also stop making fun of Byun => stop making fun of Lee => not gonna happen

I love Leenock. But MVP won a Code S season and made a runner-up this year.
Whereas Leenock only has a MLG title under his belt and a runner-up in MLG. Leenock hasn't reached any GSL finals this year.
IEM had plenty of zergs,Nerchio Vortix, etc( that was the period where the ferrarilords and queendralisk buff came in). People were bitching about TvZ but MVP just steam-rolled through with his banshee-hellion build.
The IEM MVP won is pretty good.
Overall,MVP is still the best player in 2012.
