Netherlands vs Canada Grubby spawns in the bottom left on Cloud Kingdom, Huk spawns in the top right. Grubby with a faster second gas and Huk with a faster zealot. Both players continued and built a stalker each, Huk transitioning into a twilight council. Grubby instead went for a robotics facility and a sentry. Huk added another two gateways and began blink. Grubby built a proxy pylon towards the left of Huk's base, near the minerals of the third base location. Grubby chronoboosts an observer after one immortal. Huk moved out with three gateways+blink vs two gateways+robo, with two more gateways building. Huk retreated and started a nexus, while Grubby warped in his first zealot into the main outside of Huk's vision. Grubby started his natural and began moving out a little. Grubby attacked with four zealots into the main base of Huk but is repelled by three zealots and two sentries of Huk with minimal damage. Grubby started his own twilight council for his own blink. Grubby ahead in probes 40-33, with three more gateways building. Huk tried to sneak a warp prism into the main but was sniped. Huk pushed in but Grubby had a superior immortal count. Huk tried to target Grubby's immortals but was forced back. Gruby blinked four stalkers into Huk's main and sniped off several probes uncontested. Huk tried to warp in zealots but the stalkers remain dealing damage. Observer showed Grubby's natural completely wrecked by Huk's two zealots, no longer in the probe lead (Grubby 24, Huk 33). Huk pulled all his probes to try and kill off Grubby's army, his immortal got sniped and manages to defeat the army, but he now has 6 probes to Grubby's 30. Huk was forced to conterattack immediately, Grubby stalled with some forcefields at his natural ramp. Grubby pulled all his probes and pushed Huk back, with three stalkers still doing damage in Huk's main. Final battle at Grubby's third base, good forcefields and Huk gg's out. | ||
