Ugh, IdrA winning will deny TitaN all the attention he deserves for beating Curious.

Curious played badly. Roro didn't play badly. Titan threw away a lot; IdrA actually played pretty flawlessly. Also, 2-0 vs. a really really close 2-1. Not really comparable. IdrA deserves the attention a lot more than Titan, although congrats to Titan for winning in the end.

You analysis forgets a few things though. Curious is a much better player than Roro and Titan won a PvZ vs a korean zerg in the current metagame.

Protosses actually beat zergs quiet a bit, in korea at least. This really isn't that surprising. The timing when protosses lose is if it goes to late game and their mid game push fails.

Curious played kinda bad to.

Not really. At least in the current GSL, Ps are having a tough time.

Honestly Immortal Sentry is just masking a huge problem in the match up right now, sadly Blizzard cant see past win loss ratios...

I don't really consider Curious to be *that* much better than Roro, and the PvZs didn't go to the controversial late game time. Plus, the Titan vs. Curious matches were so weird and screwy for both players that any current metagame was pretty much thrown out the window. They both threw games away. Roro definitely played better overall than Curious.

This is what tournaments looks like when you remove Korean terrans. Plus a couple top foreigner terrans didn't make it (Kas, TZ, etc)

Korean T just had to struggle during the WCS Korea Nationals. Now, they're doing well again. Imagine if Mvp and co were here. Not dissing the Toss and Zerg contingent of Korea though. They played well during the Nationals and deserve to be here.

To be fair, the WCS Korean prelims were held when the meta was just changing to the Queen heavy openings and terrans were still trying to adjust. Plus Taeja went to Arena, Mvp to IEM. Polt almost made it.

Stephano had some incredible ZvZ's at WCS EU, always with the better positioning than his opponent.

For some reason everyone seems to think he is really terrible at ZvZ when it's far from the truth.

Yeah, Stephanos "bad" ZvZ is still the best outside Korea.

All I normally see out of him is just ling-bane aggression or all-ins, with not much success.

Is this the first time IdrA and Stephano will face each other in a tournament setting?
