Ugh, Parting...I know the build failed, but you never win with anything else. Might as well try again. :/

This looks like Seed's +3 180 blink push. Super good build.

EDIT: or not. Robo bay means itll probably be some semi-max push though.

Can someone please explain the Bogus victories? Were they timings or macro games?

No, he was somewhat lucky but displayed Code S Terran mechanics both in macro and micro and his victory were clear. Nothing too innovative despite his name.

Oh you. So cute.

That's called objectivity.

Right. That's nice. Negativity is labelled as so many other things lately.

Anyway, nice hold by Sniper. Lol. But because of him, DK may not make any changes at all to that push.

Negativity ? Where did I express any negative critics ? No-freaking-where ! Stop chasing you own demons in everyone else.

It's not like protoss never beats zerg lategame either. It's a very strong build, just like zerg lategame is very strong. Doesn't mean it's unbeatable..

Except the build has failed miserably the last 9 out of 10 times.

And ZvP lategame is unbeatable if the zerg knows what he is doing really, even Nestea thinks so.

Parting had 100% winrate with this build before today. And it was obvious Sniper had practiced a lot to be able to beat that specific build. He knew what he had to do to beat it, probably been immortal allin by his teammates all week for this match.

The soul list before today was like parting + seed yes, 10 other protosses no. Recently the allin's been held more often than not.

Unrelated, I think that the +3 blink stalker near-max quasiallin is probably the best build on entombed.

Taking the third nexus this fast throws regular timings out the window completely.

I ALWAYS do this. Nice, parting. Making me look smart

In game 1 also Parting lost too much time to defend his pylons, which wasn't needed because he could park his warp prism over a cliff and be safe for queens sniping it (or at least the queens had to come very close to the army to snipe it). So he delayed and delayed for no real reason)

Kinda almost sounds like it was a semi blind counter from Sniper? Hatch first + fast +1 carapace and late roachwarren...

This is why the GSL is so amazing. You can tell Sniper's been practicing specifically to hold this push. It's not just random decisions he made.

Well, Parting's known for his push. His PvZ in general isn't special at all imo, he's pretty good but definitely not the best. As long as Sniper's able to hold the push, he can deal with Parting.
That's the disadvantage when an entire match-up revolves around one single build which is incredibly powerful (you gotta acknowledge his execution), but is predictable. Parting can benefit from this though; if an opponent plays incredibly safe because he anticipates a wonwonwon, Parting can and should play as greedy as possible.

I don't know if you can call it blind, but it was definitely as close as you can get to a hard-counter

Relax, man. Sorry, I got a little too sarcastic. I was just kidding, okay? I don't understand though how you keep on dissing me for being A FAN.

Although I don't really know what demons you're talking about. Lol. I'm just poking fun. I'm sorry it got a little serious on your side.

Back in the day, didn't people actually think Parting's PvZ was downright bad? Unsure though.
