Because Flash has proven over a long Brood War career, that no move he makes is "lucky". You watch flash enough, you stop believing in luck.
If you think that SCV was lucky, then you've never seen the sorts of scans Flash would routinely, ROUTINELY, land in Brood War.

It's a weak cheese and the indicators are pretty obvious with 1gate fe standard.
Someone need to explain the logic behind 4gates. Just accept the 1rax fe.
