I think it's more its a harder/more unnatural transition to get to T3 compared to the other races. Protoss: Need T3 to survive, Upgrades scale with units Zerg: Upgrades Scale with units Terran: Air upgrades totally out of the way, by time you transition usually behind in upgrades/weird spot. I think T3 can work in SC2 for Terran, and in many cases you need T3 (mass thors) to win vs Z late game. It's just the matter of transition that's hard. | ||
