ST Legend isn't the best, I would say Heaven (GSL KR stream observer who trained STLegend) is the best.

I dont quit understand. the person controlling the camera is not Artosis/Grubby, its the observer? So artosis and grubby have to comment depending of what the observer is showing?

Is that how it works in the world of casting or only in WCS Asia?

Regarding the imbalance, hilarious to see Zergs defending themselves....

Quite a bit. Also the non-existent hype for this did not help.

Just tuned in. I totally understand why its not hyped. The production is quite mediocre. The casters would constantly cut out but the game audio would be fine. This is absolutely nothing compared to WCS EU Finals which was awesome. WCS Asia is just 2 people sitting behind a desk with a logo on the wall casting games. To really call it an event is a huge stretch. Its very dull. I really wish blizzard would make sure there is consistency for each event.

I think Artosis has computer and Grubby has screen. That's how he knew about zealot harassment.

Depends on the tournament. Some have dedicated observers, in others the casters do the observing themselves, and in yet more there's an observer for the stream but the casters also have their own screens to look around on.

Infi didn't put on his sound proof headset that's why the game was paused.

Timezones don't help either, most viewers are usually from NA.

You can't use English hosts and on stage English interviews in front of Chinese audiences and on Chinese cable tv... If this was in Korea things won't be so different, think about any gsl finals. I do agree the production isn't as great as china nationals.
