Taeja wins yay day9 explains MLG system, i dont get it lol, dont even get the liquidpedia page, wth is wrong with good old group stages into KO system? | ||

Meh, the decision to move the broodlords up into the main like that was questionable anyway (although he kinda had to cos he committed to the base trade). IMO, those broodlords were dead, but revival made it easier for Taeja by gifting them to him. | ||

The problem was that the winners and losers brackets converged on the finals which meant that the finals were almost always bad because the guy from the winners bracket has to have an advantage. So they've changed that which is good imo but I really don't know why they got rid of groups. I liked groups. It's not a deal breaker but I just felt like they were part of the MLG atmosphere. | ||
