Nope you're not reading it right.
Losers Round 6 is where Crank is at. Now down to the part of the bracket with HerO. On the far left it says Losers Round 7.
7 comes after 6 etc etc.

The semifinals work like the Finals of previous MLG Championships -- the winners bracket player gets an advantage (either extended series if it's a rematch, or the chance to advance by winning 1 Bo3 or (failing that) an extended Bo7 if it's not a rematch)
So you have to lose at least 3 games from that position (2-1 extended series start -> 2-4) to get eliminated, and in most cases you'll have to lose 4. No matter what, you can win the semifinal from the WB with a 2-0 or 2-1.
