But yeah it's funny how Zerg don't really do anything with their building placement except wall in against T

Liquid`Nazgul Administrator August 23 2012 02:53. PM Profile Quote # Just a small word on HerO's forfeit. Because Bumblebee is the man and does his job better than anyone, we found out about the scheduling issue between MLG and WCS in July. We really do not like consciously committing to things we can't finish so we suggested to WCS that we cancel HerO and TaeJa's participation. These choices need to be made very early on. MLG needs to know whether you're coming to play group stage so they can book the flights and hotel for you. The forfeit has nothing to do with how much of a chance we have to win WCS due to PvP or other silly speculation like that. You don't tell MLG you will participate, having your flights booked, and then say never mind our chances in WCS are better. We decided MLG over WCS, knowing we would be in MLG group stage, when WCS had not even started yet. After some communication GOMTV basically said we should join WCS, and play it for the seeds to WCS Asia, since it was possible to qualify for top 8 before MLG started. We appreciate this kind of attitude from tournaments, although as our suggestion implies we also would have understood if they said you can't play.

Yeah, before this many of the GSL fans here on TL were like "these scrubs will get rolled by code S". Well, that didn't happen. And Kespa guys will only be getting better. Someone said the top guys by the end of the year could be Kespa, I was a little more conservative in my guess, but I think that person might end up being correct.

He got the Korean representation already, which is all he gonna get unless he wins the whole thing. If he lost against Polt and have to play in consolidation, it might make some sense, right now it just doesn't

Even if he was qualified already why ff, better give a chance to someone else.. seeds are important, but anyway

Yup, this tournament is so important that a handful of players chose to forfeit it for other tournaments. I don't think anyone is under the illusion that the winner of this tournament is going to be considered as the best in Korea.
