there are some more reasons about the(!) big fuck up in terms of promotion. later today or tomorrow i got some more time to explain it all and give evrybody a little more insight to it. for the mooment, lets enjoy todays games and hope for some good entertainment and thanks a lot tree.hugger for setting up this thread. i am really greatful | ||

If this tournament is like 90% of other tournaments out there, the brackets where designed before the groups where played, and the results designed the brackets, so it's not because "someone made it so" - besides the players of course. Yeah it appears they just coupled groups A&D and B&C, i.e. #1 of A plays #2 of D, #2 of A plays #1 of D, etc. I assume this was randomly determined before the tournament started, and not after the group phase based on player rankings, like some people who love conspiracies seem to think ^_^ | ||
