I think Creator might be more purely skilled but that's not even close to the only thing that matters in sc2
Mvp doesn't have the micro of marineking or the macro of bomber but he makes up for it in other areas

I'm not entirely convinced on creator's control, he seems very a move happy in PvT and his bizzare "Blink stalkers counter absolutely everything ever" thing he sometimes does in PvZ is amazingly wtf.
