On which they had to develop all the strategies, timings, builds, and metagame changes that Kespa are now using? Kespa started from a much more advantageous position with a lot of knowledge already available. Kespa comes here with more money, years of experience in practicing with professional teams, a game now almost close to balanced, and using all the extensive knowledge created by GOM players. It's no suprise Kespa players seem so good, but if you look at it with this perspective it's nothing special.
As an ending note, it's good they are bringing more skill to the table.
