Looks like some good matches coming up :D Tastosis Day9 and Kaelaris to keep it all entertaining as well, i think this event has the potential to be a real step in the right direction for IEM and their ability to compete with the big boy tournaments.

He's not rating anything. Tier 7 are the players facing Tier 2 players (since Tier1 get a free pass for first round).
Are there still players to be announced ?

It may be a dumb qeustion, but: The open bracket is on wednesday, which is (AFAIK) exhibitors only. How will they fill the empty spot, if the guys, who would play in it aren´t allowed to attend that day?

Well it's not about if he rates Deathangel low or not, it's about his placement in tiers. If you take a look at the bracket you might see that too!
