So, a few months ago ZvP was my favorite matchup. But today it just seems like all Protoss does is high risk all ins or timing attacks OR gambles the entire game on the quality of 1 or 2 vortexes.

I'm not as big of a fan of it as I used to be. PvT is more entertaining to watch now.

I have been told the proper way to stop that counter push by the Zerg is to make 4 sentry on top of your ramp and just FF nonstop while you base race.
