What's that crap even supposed to mean? Broodlord / Infestor is THE usual late game composition. Nothing player specific. its sad that we are all ok with saying that. broodlord/infestor...Go to endgame in all ZvX matchups edit: so technically, yes, its player specific...he is copying from ALL the zergs what is wrong with having a endgame composition..? A endgame composition that works in all MU's is pretty dumb. Just like mass colo/blinkstalker works in all mu's. Units/comps should not be a 'always want this comp', they should follow 'my opponent is doing this, this is the comp i should go for'. Makes the game super ez. You can't tell good players from bad, because of the 'ez unit comps' imo. JRecco for instance. Kid seems to only know 3 base into broods zerg was the same way in BW with ling/defiler/ultra in all matchups except ZvZ, but ZvZ getting to hive is a strange thing anyway. All zergs atm are going for fast broodlords with a little bit of ultra sometimes vs T. There is nothing wrong with having a super comp that is great and covers all bases. It would be like protoss getting archon/reaver/templar vs zerg, but you don't see that all the time since resources are much slower to gather.

Broodlord infestor is more cost efficient if you spread and have enough supporting units. You're telling a Zerg he needs to actually micro and split? Good luck.

In what way is Mana, or any protoss player, supposed to beat 20 broodlords with infestor support (with corruptor support if there's carriers/voidrays) without vortex? Good thing we'll have the Tempest in HotS, that should make it so vortex can be removed and get rid of what you're saying about stupid cost-efficiency. Why would we want to counter broodlord/infestor with a possibly worse version? Because the Tempest clearly is worthless as anything besides a long range siege engine. It's pretty boring design but it counters mass broodlord at least.
