edit: these geotagging things will get worse and when no one tells them we will need vpn or shady proxies just to watch sc2 ...so much for an open community and "e-sports" As I said, own3d are working on it as we speak. In regards to the geotagging, that is completely because of the German government, the issues you tube are fighting for in court right now are DIRECTLY related to twitch/own3d, all three of them operate under the same copyright laws, if you tube lose their court battle twitch/own3d will be forced to do the same thing eventually too, the only reason they are OK now is because they are focusing on youtube atm its only a matter of time. youtube is "fighting" the GEMA not the german government! youtube has blocked these videos to avoid going to court with GEMA. they do it on their own will, because they really dont care about losing a few clicks... sorry its late and english is not my first language, but get your facts straight if you type such a thing. bye

Interesting build by Inori, I've never seen a build quite like this.
And like most of his builds, end up failing -_-

I am trying to be civil but if you want to start talking like that then fine. do you really think we didn't get an actual response form the Google reps before we did this? and they didn't explain everything to us in complete detail....
You are ignoring the fact that they are DIFFERENT ISSUES
The VOD's for you tube are blocked with GEMA videos because the asking price from them is too high. (this is what your talking about) you will notice that our VOD's are available to people in Germany
What I am talking about is During the course of all this an issue was raised of who is liable for this copyright Does google provide content or is it just an online platform facilitating the publication of videos? The former is liable, the latter is not The German court's are currently back and forthing about what it considers google to be and depending on that a furhter question of what is enough content copyright protection and what google's responsibilities are, because of the nature of a livestream and how it cannot be handled in the same situation as VOD's with word searches and other methods. because of this the livestreams have to be handled in different scenario, and until the entire situation has settled and a clear decision is made youtube can be held liable for any copyright infringement on livestreams, and monitoring every livestream 24/7 is simply not possible. see this article here for latest updates http://arstechnica.com/business/2012/04/german-court-youtube-must-prevent-upload-of-copyrighted-content/
So before you jump to conclusions it might be worth actually knowing the entire story.

That Probe is basically the hinge of Inori's build.

Please Inori, at least redeem yourself with your best MU.

As long as Inori keeps up his good vP, and not derp against Gumiho again, he should at least pass.
