Well, they still have not take a single group yet. Yes, some code S players have gone down. But BW pros also losing to Code B/A players. I would say some of them are top Code B/Code A level which was what the expectations were from player interviews (both Kespa and GSL players)

Ragnarok isn't that known but he shouldn't be underestimated.
Hope Stork can win, gogo!

However the point is kespa players can compete vs GSL players and beat them (on off day whatever). Which means the gap is not that big and can be easily patched with Effort. Since a lot of Kespa players made GM on ladder, we kind of already knew the gap wasn't that big. kespa players are playing two games and every single time anyone brought up kespa vs gom it's "maybe after hots, gap is way too big no way they can catch up right now" Show nested quote +On July 23 2012 19:00 Emperor_Earth wrote:On July 23 2012 18:57 IshinShishi wrote:On July 23 2012 18:55 Fionn wrote: Polt and Bogus 1-1. Currently on final map. Did bogus cheese Polt?I can't fathom polt losing macro games with his understanding of the game. No idea, but Bogus is a top 5 BW Terran. FlaSh and FantaSy are 1/2 in some order obviously. Then you have Bogus/Leta/Baby in some order Then you have the next tier, Reality/TurN/Mind/Sea/sKyHigh/etc light is solid number 3 terran :>
Light would be the third tier. He was second tier for awhile, but outside of his TvZ, he's very inconsistent. His TvP is godawful and his TvT entirely dependent on gimmicks. I would argue that Bogus is #3 and it's a tossup between Leta and Baby. Baby is the best aggressive multitasker on the planet but his management game still needs serious work. Leta makes some great decisions but mechanics wise is much more limited.

=( I know nothing about Bogus but I like his name . Oh well Polt is a great player, would be good to see him in WCS.

We're all quite happy that they are doing well though. No bashing or whining. You can clearly see where all the negativity is coming from.

No, I mean some current top players of BW may never be as good as they were in BW and new star will rise.

SMART as fuck play by Stork. Doesn't chrono the void to make it seem like he will cancel and chrono phoenix, but then chronos after it dies. I don't THINK i'm reading too much into this

Damn, was hoping for a stream option. Staring at numbers after [F5]ing just doesn't compare.

Yeah the stream is set up pretty poorly, but still a lot better than only korean stream or no stream at all, also wish we had someone on site who would keep the liquidpedia brackets 100% up to date.
Stork is playing quiet well imo, I would love to see him qualify.

Bisu will do much better in HotS. Also, he's historically been a slump-great-slump-great player. But especially with more harass potential in HotS he will be much better. His strength is unit control in terms of apm/multitask, rather than accuracy.

That's a big drop off over the course of a month.
Not against terran, however. In the past month he beat Byun, Clide and Marineking and lost against Sculp. Byun of course being the top terran in GSL Code S.

And nice phoenix control by him just now, too many people don't have immediate graviton-cancel timing imo.
