I have some questions, I watched the first game, but I was also able to watch the 2nd game...? Why? Isnt it well known that for free users, we can only watch game 1, then you have to pay for the ticket to watch game 2 and so on ? So, MMA is 2- 0 Hero, what is next? Thanks guys That is only true for vods. Free streams include whole matches rather than individual sets, so as long as you can watch them live (and stand the quality ) you're good to go. You can find info on what is schedule&results in the first post on this thread.

Every ZvP and ZvT is followed by balance discussion lately no matter which side wins... This is kinda new (=good) feeling not to see any of it.
In my perception, balance whine all but disappeared from LR late 2011 and early 2012. It came back with a vengeance recently.

Who would have thought the Liquid'Hero would be favoured on TeamLiquid's website? Pretty sure Hero was favored for the reasons listed in the article, and not purely because he's part of TL.
Pretty sure it would have been the same if the article wasn't written

Terran sooo underpowered. Watch and learn Terran whiners!
You are the one brining this up and whining. It's not "A Code A Terran", it's fucking MMA, code S champion, #4 or 5 in the world when it comes to prize money won. He played really really well and Hero did not.
Hope you have a nice day with that atttitude of yours.

Still don't get why Mvp gets a GSL badge for winning a two week tournament for $30,000 with half the field being foreigners in a sixteen man tournament and Polt doesn't for winning a month long tournament for $95,000 with 64 players consisting of Code A and Code S.
Give Polt his badge, Mr. Chae.

So its only for VODs that you need tickets for anything other than game 1. So, ..MMA 2- 0 Hero, what happens next? MMA is done for today right? Dont wanna watch if MMA is not playing lol Well that's not totally 100% right. You can watch most stuff without a ticket. The first 4 series this morning were only available for ticket holders (although you can watch the first game of each set as a VOD afterwards I believe). Also, the stream is in 188p (not a joke) and .. eh ahem. . that's the lowest quality of any major tournament in existence. So there's pretty strong motivations to buy a ticket. Sucks but those are the waters.

Terran sooo underpowered. Watch and learn Terran whiners! MMA is quite possibly the best Terran in the game, and won 2 GSLs. Someone forgot MVP and Polt And Byun :3 MMA's 2011 TvZ was a thing to behold tho MVP's TvAnything in 2011 was a thing to behold Well, TvP not as much, but still my favourite terran by like 500% margin lol

There would have probably been some balance discussion if HerO won in the lategame, just as there was when Creator took out Jjakji yesterday.

Nah, there was lots of protoss whine at that point. The game was actually balanced at that point tho. Now there's still Protoss whine but it's forgotten because Z is dominating so much more.

Well, there weren't many Protosses left in Code S in the summer and fall of 2011.

Agree. Though it is assumed it wasn't completely a "classic" GSL title worth, give Polt the damn credit he deserves for having win this.

Yeah, I always felt that the GSL WC Tournament was weighed too heavily.
