Koreans used to CRUSH foreigners a year ago, nowadays you don't see it anymore as most of the games are so close it can go either way (ofc unless theres some gimmicky unscouted all-in).
Rest of the world has caught up with Koreans even though they still practice significantly less. Just goes to show you how low the skill ceiling is in sc2 compared to BW since anyone can beat anyone at the highest level.
Why do people keep saying this? Koreans are still dominating whether you wanna admit it or not. One tournament won't change that.
