He wasn't looking at his army while MC was. Pretty big mistake in SC2, where spells vanquish whole armies in a matter of seconds.
I mean at some point you have to macro or you are doomed and he just got attacked during that moment.
It's actually easier for Terran than it is for Protoss. Most of Terran macro can be done with just hotkeys, whereas for Protoss you have to manually warp in units at that part of the map. He must been placing down MULEs or building depots or something.
The thing about being Protoss which is nice is that you have a decent feel for where the big part of there army is if you place your observers properly.

What did Taeja do better than MC?
TvP is too unforgiving to stand in storms the whole time. If he didnt go siegetanks at first he could have dropped earlier and not lose in the lategame by doing zero damage in the midgame.
