It would be pretty awesome if the Final Boss could win both .

always nice to see mvp win

Thanks a lot

Yeah... Symbol, as I feared when he lost GSL, is not going to be anywhere near beast as he used to be. Like most TSL players, their peak only lasts about a month.
Still, all strong players, hopefully they can edge their way to the top!
Did not see Byun going down 2-0 though... and San up 2-1? Symbol shouldn't have lost to San~!! =P Nice play

The worst thing about today's matches is that there are basically no people watching at the studio.
But don't get me wrong, there were also some group matches in the BW era that few people watching at the studio. But with the BW big names in the group matches, the studio should be packed.
Today's matches are all between the biggest names in SC2, but still very few people are there.

Thanks for this.
Didn't really expect San to make it though, but he did

It is good for mkp specifically that symbol is gone. But clearly you are just balance whining that any zerg out is good

Symbol really got the worst breaks with a ZvT on Antiga and a ZvP on closer-pos Entombed. Great games all the same ^_^ Nowadays 50% maps are considered bad for zergs xD (even if it's true, as they have a good amount of 60%+ maps, mere 50% maps are relatively bad for them) Antiga TvZ: 84-80 (51.2%) http://www.teamliquid.net/tlpd/sc2-korean/maps/500Entombed ZvP: 50-52 (49%) http://www.teamliquid.net/tlpd/sc2-korean/maps/527(I know it's not exactly what you said tho) It's just a trademark Zerg behaviour. If they are not absolutely and obscenely ahead, they think they're at a disadvantage, and IMBA IMBA.
Kinda like trademark terran behaviour, if they aren't winning everything they are UP!

why do noobs bother to balance whine. its not like it changes anything for you.

I've always felt that Symbol's problems are in his inconsistency, because one day he looks like a GSL finalist, next he looks more like a Code A player. His ZvP and ZvZ still might need some work because he gets eliminated far too much from those MUs.

A repeat of the GSL? I expected more of a vendetta from Symbol...did he get cheesed out?

What did you expect. OGN's fan base is BW. There are still many bitter BW fans out there who do not support SC2. Point being, OGN currently has yet to develop or represent the SC2 community well. Not having English casting also hurts their efforts to reach out to the core SC2 fan base - International viewers.

DRG to win the first Sc2 OSL and GSL Season 3.

He did not get cheesed. Dongraegu just stepped in to show him who's boss then left him sad in his booth. True story.

So that is 2 Ro8s and 2 Ro4s in this GSL and losing only to another Ro4 (and the favorite to win it all). It just shows the number of Koreans at this level. Just because they might not be doing well in GSL, they still are good enough to take series off anyone. One bad day means elimination from GSL.
Any high code-S caliber Korean can take games off of each other quite readily. Code S is soooooooooooo stacked nowadays in order to become the champion you have to have Lady Luck on your side too! Didn't MC himself said that it's way better to be lucky and good than unlucky and great?
