It doesn't matter how many other tournaments are going on these days, there's always a reason to watch TSL. 100% agreed. I guess it shows that when care is invested in a product, there's something intangible that makes the result more special. A stark contrast with some other organizations that just seem to throw content at the screen to see what sticks. Can't wait for quals to be over and the real thing to start

Both players played poorly, and as much as I think Killer didn't deserve that win, Beasty really didn't either On July 05 2012 07:10 IshinShishi wrote: You realize that's not bad play but a strategical choice to avoid the late game right? It was still a poor timing. Getting a bunch of tech with a 2 base all in timing is a poor strategical choice.

There's a big difference in the sense that it's even questionable to call a strategic decision like that a mistake and killer didn't just have poor engagements, he played like shit compared to beasty on many fronts.

Both players wanted to lose that game with all their hearts. This. I think TvZ is imba for zerg at the moment, but this game is not an example of it.

That was a pretty good game played by both players, definitely some decision making mistakes made, but none that made no sense given the context. Sometimes I think we're expecting way too much from the players, there's a fog of war, remember. EDIT: I guess by low econ, I mean Beasty.

There was a bigass bank for KiLLeR, something like 2k minerals at one point in the game I really like Beasty mixing in Ravens earlier on than usual
