Same for Protosses. Its just that Terran Pro players are more and better than the others together. There are so many good T players in Korea, but look at Europe or America. What do you see? Idra,HuK,NaniWa,MAna,Stephano,Ret,Dimaga,White-RA,Sase,Nerchio..And what about T? Thorzain,Kas.Goody?Jinro?xD Come on.Koreans dominate wherever they go,but ther in their homelad the skilled players are just more using Terran.Boxer,Bomber,NAda,Mvp,MKP,MMA,Polt,Ryung,Taeja vs NEstea,DRG,MC,OZ,Parting,Hero,Squirtle,Genius.Top T are almost same as Top everything else. What did you expect?

So 54% made it. - Looking at one single tournament can give pretty skewed statistics I am not even believing terran is underpowered now, but those statements certainly don't help.

People should not look at this season of GSL. The Terrans that won against Zerg are + Show Spoiler + Mvp, Happy, Supernova, Ryung, Marineking, and Taeja The Zergs that won against Terran are + Show Spoiler + Nestea, Symbol, DRG, and Violet NO ONE should be looking at the GSL for racial balance.
