He outplayed him up until the point he got outplayed
Seriously...

It was 3 base vs 2 base with no standing army for the protoss, after killing the protoss attack (and clearing out the other pylon like he should have) he could have easily expanded to a 4th while denying a 3rd from the protoss and teched to brood lords.
Would have taken 10 minutes longer, but would have been a guaranteed win.

I can see that as usual in LR threads, moronic posts are being made.

Well,Ret just dropped the ball on that one.

2 swedes, 2 ukrainians, 2 poles, 1 korean and 1 stephano left. who woulda thunk.
also i wanna say once more that incontrol and khaldor are a phenomenal casting duo and i would like to see them casting more events. no disrespect to Wolf (who is good) but these 2 in GSL Code A would be such a treat. wasn't incontrol talking about possibly going there to cast a while ago?

stephano vs nerchio - nerchio favored. HerO vs MaNa- HerO favored NaNiwa vs DIMAGA - 50% 50% SaSe vs Fraer - SaSe favored, upset can happen too.
PvP is Sase's worst matchup and Fraer is very good at it, if anyone favored in that match it's Fraer.

I really hope we get to see HerO vs Stephano

You probably say the same thing to yourself whenever you lose on ladder too right? SaSe did deserve to win that, and therefore he did.

How does Ret deserve to win when he made even worse mistakes? It's not like whoever makes a mistake first deserves to lose
I didn't say Ret deserved to win, I said SaSe DIDN'T deserve to win. I respect players like Naniwa, Hero, Squirtle etc because they typically don't do pathetic all-ins as they have more builds and ideas available to them and don't have to rely on coin-flips. SaSe is no where near their level, yet gets results because of his cheese and good luck. Of course people are going to hate on him.

Sase has really broken out recently. Had a nice finish at MLG and is going to do the same at DreamHack. He could potentially play Naniwa in the next round if they both make it through.
