More like his decision to stream. He had the time to do both but decided to stream and thus ended up not being prepared.

Well it was unlucky because he forgot his charger, had to return to retrieve it and then subsequently missed his appointment. Sounds unlucky to me.
People lose stuff. I have heard that people lose keys, phones, wallets, bags, tickets etc. And it can mess up the rest of their day. Sh1t happens. I see no reason to crucify someone due to an unfortunate event.

From what Lwl said, he did NOT go to fetch his charger, saved the battery to run on it since it was estimated to run for ~2hours, which should have been enough for 2 bo3, was on the phone regularly with Llewellys and then.... poof, he disappeared. (Usual Suspects style :D).
Tell me if I'm wrong, I left the stream shortly after the next bo3 started....
