Yeah I'm pretty sure Snipe is trimaster's brother? Either way snixsnipe smashed a bunch of kids at this last MLG, I'll take his word for Monster being pretty damn good.

I don't think your argument has any depth, because he's already getting paid for being the team captain, team marketer, and team caster. He plays right now to expand his opportunities and make possible a better future. EG just needs to get rid of LzGamer. I'd say get rid of Machine too, but he's kinda part of the marketing family right now. Even though he's not good, he's important to the team. LzGamer is just worthless though. He's BM, he's not good enough to compete at a decent level, and he's not active in EG's marketing. He has pretty much no worth. If EG were serious about winning championships though, They'd have to completely get rid of Lz and Machine, and they'd have to focus DeMuslim more on smaller tournaments first. IdrA is pretty essential to the team, but he's going to be losing for a while longer before anything changes. Kill Lz and Machine, and recruit a huge name, and EG would be able to shape up pretty well. Invest a bunch into a 2nd huge player, and they'd be a top GSTL team. As outlined before by others, I think EG want to keep Incontrol for various non-player related reasons. As a result, I feel as well that Machine and Lz are still on board because they are Incontrol's friends. Incontrol himself probably is feeling increasingly marginalised and isolate with these "big" name players - and honestly much better players - consistently being recruited, so it is probably therefore in his own agenda and best interests to keep as many friends around as he can in his corner. So I don't know, I do think EG aren't particularly interested in keeping 2 players who aren't showing any sort of results or improvement and are on the older age scale but for the sake of Incontrol's happiness, who is a big enough personality to be involved in e-sports without EG, are willing to keep them onboard.

For example. Last game Huk knew the Mutalisks where coming well ahead of time yet he let them do enourmous damage to him anyway. Monster did not even control them especially well and wasted tons of units inefficiently but it did not matter. Real point where Huk lost I would say is when he lost his Templar Archives which where very critical. Replacing it by that point was too late. Huk played with far superior battlefield micro but it did not matter when Monster's army was in the right places at the right time.

I'll go with 5-3 ^^ wow, i thought you said you were joking. I must say i am kind of surprised that eg couldn't get a single kill in this match, but i hope they do better in the losers bracket.

I'm sorry but I don't think you understood what I was saying, I was stating that Geoff already does a lot of work outside of playing (hence the team dad line) and thats what hurts him being a pro gamer. I think he should Officially change his Major focus to team coach, this does not mean he has to stop playing (choya) but that his main focus would be coaching. Its more of a title and mentality change more than anything (from what I understand, obviously I don't know the EG guys and have no inside knowledge of how they work or should work) this is just my thoughts on how EG could improve. TLDR: Geoff change his title to coach and help the players EG already has to perform at a more consistent rate. ~YourFriend
