That's not a mistake, that's the most recent base and also the most exposed base he has out there, so it makes perfect sense to send down mules to gain resources from that base asap.

Like I said earlier he should stop dropping MULES on the gold base since it actually drains it faster for no real mining benefit. Leave the gold base mining to the SCVs.

That map is really good for Terran, but I really think Stephano did all he could to match the greed and tech up quickly, I really couldn't imagine him playing much better than that.
