Because there's a possibility he fucks up this 111 vs Phoenix. If Tassadar blindly went for it, he could have lost to Jinro's cloak if Jinro defended properly. | ||

because now tassadar builds phoenix, while phoenix are way better than voidrays against 111, and tassadar scouted it wayy earlier | ||
