How about 10 extra marines that you don't lose for free?
Toss has to spread pylons to watch for drops, terrans do too. Nothing too difficult.

15 marines cannot break forcefield on the ramp. it hits way before medivacs and if the toss 1gate FE's theres no way to know its coming or not coming
OH CRAP i just realized the only real way to counter it. every single game you need to have multiple marines patrolling your base perimeter, and then that would let you scout the elevator play and move up your ramp before the forcefield hits... i guess every game you would have to pre-emptively do that and have patrolling marines around your base early game or lose because once a bunch of sentries and zealots elevator into your base and your ramp get forcefielded and he starting 3gate warping in your base you lose
