Early game aggression is almost completely negleted by forcefields unless the protoss does a huge blunder and lets the terran army fight them head on. Once the protoss forcefields and eats your army alive early, you are behind the whole game and fight uphill for the rest of the match, which is why EVERY terran is tentative about engaging early game. This leaves the only early aggression available right now to downright cheesy proxy all-ins that either win or lose you the game at the 10 minute mark ala mvp-nani. Then you have the toss totally control the mid-late game by choosing to go templar OR colossus. Protoss completely dictates the pace and you have a situation where: A. The protoss makes Colossus and the terran makes ghost -> terran gets crushed B. The protoss makes Templar and the terran makes vikings -> terran gets crushed again If the terran guesses correctly or scouts, then it becomes an even match depending on positioning/micro, but at no point in time does the terran actually dictate the flow of the match by going for a particular build that does not involve an all-in since their main composition is MMM regardless which the protoss already prepares for. Hopefully HoTs allows a better variation of unit compositions to make the matchup more interesting. This is not a balance whine but there really is a fundemental problem with viking/ghost & colossus/templar.

People will unfortunately use this for balance whine despite the players who lost made mistakes whilst the players who won played great. Kinda like when it was GomTvT... All the terrans were just playing great

MVP does alot of timings, that while interesting are not entertaining at all really. Protoss in TvP is just...well personally it's not fun at all for me to watch. Too many really stupid ways that they win instead of the wearing down that you see in other matchups.

Afterwards 2 marauders to snipe the probes and deny mining. Base trade impossible, since the terran is at 3 locations. But instead Taeje was to scared to scan and lose some eco and rather played totally blind, which cost him the game.
