I like Grubby just as much as everybody else, but there is just absolutely no reason to believe that he is getting better besides the casters saying it all the time. Casters say many stupid things unfortunately.
You do realize that the guy you quoted is dead wrong? When Grubby started playing professionally in SC2 (which was at the beginning of 2011, not during the beta), he was terrible.
Never go by "what you hear". In 95% of the cases about anything, hearsay is unfounded and biased.

Well NBA isn't that popular internationally, Starcraft esports is. They have NBA broadcasted in English, Spanish and French
from what I can remember. I am not a huge basketball guy at all. I am sure if the popularity of the NBA was big in Germany one of the channels would pick it up, of course they would have to license it. I really expected a English stream available for this tournament, and am extremely disappointed with XMG for not allowing one.

I think it has more to do with take wanting to promote take.tv his new premium channel. And all content on that is in german. So any non german wouldnt get that anyways, but another english stream would drain viewers from the mainstream, as a lot of german prefer english casting too.
