Naniwa actually has a good shot at winning this GSL.

Only players I can see taking him out are MKP or Taeja and maybe MVP. His PvP is really good and only 2 Zergs, both of which he is capable of taking out.

Oh, and Oz.

Ahahahaha that Artosis quote had me cracking up:

"An attack move by naniwa here. Good choice!"

Sums up late game PvT very well

You forgot the preface of "after out microing, out macroing, out mind gaming the terran player"

Then --> "an attack move is a good choice (after being up 100 supply of course)" :D

The King in the North!

Does that mean that Wolf is his guardian beast?

Virus is certainly a lot better than everybody said. Very solid play despite the loss.

I think an important thing to point out is that Virus' early upgrade advantage didn't really matter that much, because at the first major battle both were 2-2 with 3-3 for virus nearly finished and at the second engagement both were 3-3

Also virus sniped nanis almost mined out 3rd while nani killed virus's fresh 4th

Naniwa won and all but what the fuck were the casters smoking for praising his play? He didn't do much, Virus just bungled hard. In fact naniwa's control was laughable at best. zealots stuck and awful engagements only won by huge econ lead and lategame protoss zealot warp ins

Wtf did Virus do wrong? He got equally fast 3rd base, the engagements weren't super bad (you could say he won the earlier ones too) and then he just got rolled fucking terribly. I'm honestly confused what he did to end up in such a shit position?

He let TvP get to end game.

Terran has to figure something out besides just MMM for end game TvP. It's obviously not good enough. I've seen Cloud do some fun stuff like Marauder/Viking/Tank/Banshee that was actually pretty scary.

Watch MKP, he knows how to deal with Protoss lategame: end it before it ever happens.

I don't get what Virus did wrong in this game, snipe is actually more cost efficient than emp , especially when you have such accuraccy and speed, his scv count was just as good as naniwa's probe count, he made no major blunders, in fact not having an obs vs 8 cloaked ghosts was probably the biggest blunder of the day, what happened.

I will say Huk has better PvZ? But Naniwa have way way way better PvT than Huk though. Their PvP quite equal.

Excellent map. Can't wait to see how game 2 plays out. I expect some early expanding and a lot of pressure.
