Naniwa actually has a good shot at winning this GSL.

Only players I can see taking him out are MKP or Taeja and maybe MVP. His PvP is really good and only 2 Zergs, both of which he is capable of taking out.

Virus is certainly a lot better than everybody said. Very solid play despite the loss.

I think an important thing to point out is that Virus' early upgrade advantage didn't really matter that much, because at the first major battle both were 2-2 with 3-3 for virus nearly finished and at the second engagement both were 3-3

Also virus sniped nanis almost mined out 3rd while nani killed virus's fresh 4th

Naniwa won and all but what the fuck were the casters smoking for praising his play? He didn't do much, Virus just bungled hard. In fact naniwa's control was laughable at best. zealots stuck and awful engagements only won by huge econ lead and lategame protoss zealot warp ins

He let TvP get to end game.

Terran has to figure something out besides just MMM for end game TvP. It's obviously not good enough. I've seen Cloud do some fun stuff like Marauder/Viking/Tank/Banshee that was actually pretty scary.

Watch MKP, he knows how to deal with Protoss lategame: end it before it ever happens.
