I'm actually going to go out on a limb and say that Gom will NOT give him a new seed if he doesn't earn it; however if Huk performs well in foreign tournaments between now and Season 3 I don't see why they wouldn't at least offer it to him.
but if he continues to put up the results he's put up so far in 2012 I think GOM will offer the seed to someone else first.

I don't know what's going on to HuK. He does good in MLG's and stuff, but he just can't seem to get in a groove for GSL's. I'm happy about aLive winn though(pretty expected). The Artosis/Khaldor duo was GREAT. I would love to see more.

I was only counting this year but overall I think the foreigners who made it past 1st round have been loner, sheth, sjow, select, huk and sen.

But he did say it sooo. Naniwa also just responded with a " "
Well at least Naniwa was really humble about it, the dude basically banned himself from GSL for 2 months then says he feels it's unfair to others he got the seed but will do his best to prove himself worthy.

Has Thorzain ever played in Code A?

He has, but he hasn't made it past a round yet as far as I know.

No, he was the only foreigner of that day that managed to NOT go down 0-2.
Of that i'm sure.
Whether he's ever managed to make it past a round of Code A is what I'm not sure of.

I think format has a bit to do with it. GSL is a tournament that involves incredibly meticulous preparation and each match you have to know and prepare for your opponent. It could just be that Huk doesn't prepare as well as some of the Koreans.

Wasn't that the series he got his nickname from? Game 1 on Terminus

Naniwa has such a good relationship with ST team.. and they are really helping him improve as well as supporting him (ST players all seem to say nice things about Naniwa) I'm not surprised he helped Hack practice to beat Huk, I think his long term plans are to stay in Korea and you kind of leave the "foreigner vs korean" thing behind if you are staying there indefinitely.
Yes, I agree. My intention was not to add some drama, just pointing out interesting facts. + This practice will also help NaNiwa because he will potentionally have to play against SuperNova in GSL tomorrow.

Not really possible to dislike any Artosis combo. Artosis is by far the best caster out there and he constantly shows it by pairing well with EVERYONE. And yes there are also some phenomenal pro player-casters but they still cannot make everything work as well as Artosis seems to be able to. Though I do love the Incontrol and Idra combo a ton. Actually, lately on Reddit and less so here people have been complaining about Tasteless quite a bit.
Keyword being reddit. And I saw the submission in question on reddit and it was completely unsubstantiated as Tasteless is casting quite well at the moment.

Also....HuK, srsly bro? Doesn't HuK and Idra train with SlayerS, how are they even losing to Terrans at this point? O_o Hurts to say it but I wholeheartedly agree.

I just think his practice partners are lacking compared to who Hack practiced with.. Squirtle (80% winrate vs him? wtf) Parting (god of PvT), Ace (who just 2-0 today) and Naniwa (who 2-0 his code S group).... I mean, if I was a terran player who got to practice with these guys everyday, I would be in heaven!
