Gretorp: "IdrA showing new resiliance in taking game two!"

Uh... Gretorp... you don't know so much about how IdrA likes to lose series, do you?

tbh IdrA isn't gging just to keep up his notorious persona.

Hmm...that WOULD be pretty effective as a publicity stunt for a player not at his peak right now. The days of Code S IdrA are long in the past and probably will not appear soon in the future.

Well, Ipl and mlg are pretty good...but they are mostly korean.

Dont put most of western players on Idra level. In most cases they would feel offended.

It's still true that GSL level play is only brought by GSL players, whatever tournament they're in. It's also true that because of the format, most GSL caliber players play a lot better on the GSL, which means the GSL is the highest level in SC2.

Foreigner only tournaments are usually really bad in comparison, though they do have some entertainment value.

IdrA losing this is going to crash TL. I want to see him win, but the drama that results from his loss is tempting.

Also if your looking for game quality, watching Idra play is not the best way to go, he used to be number one foreign zerg, but now I doubt anyone tries to argue for him against Stephano, Sheth, Ret etc.

Well, Idra isn't the best player in the foreign scene by far, especially now that he is slumping hard, and Cruncher has been inactive for months. Besides, we just saw Alicia get wrecked by a foreign Terran.

In a weird way this is fun in a way that Koreans wouldn't bring, you wouldn't see anyone come back on DRG on 80 supply lead right?

But this tournament has tons of Korean players in it. You shouldn't write off the whole tournament based off on one game that happened to be Foreigner vs Foreigner.

Several Code S and Code A players are in the league you know. MC, Zenio, Hero, aLive, Polt, Ganzi, etc.

??

Sorry I have to disagree, while Idra is not the top foreigner like he used to be a long time ago. He still is among the group you mentioned. I´d argue the only one that stands out more of the top foreigners is Stephano

More like the first season of GSL in general, just a giant cheese fest. Code A was bad for awhile though...
