Don't worry for a second about that. This league exists for people to have fun and get better. No one is (or should be) here to win.

There is def a lot of pressure to perform well because for a lot of us, this is the 1st time we get to showcase our starcraft 2 abilities. Even though it is not much. Losing a match, even in a "for fun" league still has influence on your psyche.
Just remember that you can still practice and work on what you did wrong.

Ok, everyone. I've yet to speak to jabberwock, but the game will be tonight at some point I believe, and, should everything work out, Trogdor will be in need of a co-caster to do the match live (in a different location from me) and maybe even with player cam(s). Hopefully we can make this a good match and have a good viewer count as well. More details to come .

Hello, I'd like to apologize on behalf of Leave and his actions. He was, like everyone else that has gone off and did childish things around here, drinking. Also the Leave vs Adapt games ended in a 3 game series that were incredibly exciting. So mix tension/adrenaline/drinking and you see the result. Howlin and I have delt with the issue and will take further action if needed. I have also talked to Leave myself about the matter extensively. This was not something I wanted to wake up to this morning with Solo_Ten, Raven, and Haz all concerned. I am disappointed and angry at it myself. The flurry of posts itself was stupid and I hope that you can forgive me, and despite the past week Zefreak, vox, and I are still friends and the teams are on friendly terms. Please do not let this incident tarnish Galaxy and the rest of the players that work hard to see it succeeds and bring you great games.
However, Fueling the fire, Payback, was uneeded and just as childish. It's obvious that it would be a close set of matches and after seeing the replays myself I would have to 100% agree they were exciting and adrenaline pumping. So I would expect someone to be happy. Saying "IM NUMAWUN YOU NUMANONE" isnt really harmful BM nor harassment. In fact he didn't even direct it to anyone. Also the quote of "Adapt shouldn't have to put up with this" is hilarious at best. Considering the entire rules being plastered by Howlin was because Adapt, VoiD, and Neurosis were BMing and harassing the hell out of my team. So as you said in an earlier post to me, let me and the admins worry about my team and you worry about yours. If there is a problem with any of my players then the best way to deal with it is through me and the admins.
That being said, Adapt and Neurosis, with your passive aggressive posts. That is low. If Howlin got as strict as he did a week ago you would be banned as well so don't look so innocent there and maybe I'll tell the mods good work and end it in a  that they suspended players who BM'ed and harassed my team and had possible smurf allegations. Its disappointing and disgusting that everyone is acting the way they are.
I for one love this league and and its players, both on and off my team. Though some people, even mine, act childish just remember how hard the admins have worked to make this for us and all the friends we have gained. I love to see the competition considering how competitive I, myself, am. I would love to see more people interested in the CTL and show them that we are not only mature, but have fun and good sports. I realize that finals have been kicking everyones ass and work/real life as well. It seems moreso this past week than others. I've seen everyone act a lot more stressed and uptight. Hopefully this new week everyone can take a deep breath and have a good week that is relaxing and full of fun and close games!

GlintFox, I understand you are frustrated but everyone on my team has already been warned about their behavior and they have not done anything since to warrant your anger. In addition, I requested for a transcript or the screen captures of Adapt's supposed BM that you said Leave had, and he has neither. I honestly think it was a miscommunication, as Adapt was as surprised as anyone regarding Leave's outburst. The question of whether Adapt was even harassing anyone is still out there, all we have is Leave's word which, after the recent outburst and the previous post where he said he was going to fucking rape him, doesn't seem to amount to much.
I don't want there to be anymore drama in this league, and there shouldn't be hard feelings between any teams. I have nothing against Galaxy and think you are a great captain, but your apology should be just that. It weakens the impact when you turn around and spread more blame.

I said one thing. One thing. All I said was he played a lot of ladder games. I meant nothing of it, and he took it COMPLETELY the wrong way, and raged insanely hard. Now compare that to the nearly full page of evident BM. And how exactly would I have been banned? Did you simply take Leave's word for it?

Guys, please send your reports and lineups as soon as possible. Team Evolution, The King's Men and Guns and Roaches have yet to send their lineups, and we're still missing some replays and reports.

I understand they were warned. And perhaps text does not transmit the emotion as a voice but they sound very "good work admins *chuckle*" To me. Especially coming from someone who was just bming and harassing. Leave told me he had screen shots. Until then, I apologize. Doesn't help with his "Edit: You get offended way too easily" implying there was at least something stated. Miscommunication or not, I apologize for the accusations against Adapt. It wasn't fair and I admit that.
But yes they have done nothing since, but remember while my team was riled in the first place, and just because neurosis didn't spam the thread with moronic drunken amounts of spam as and bm as leave did doesnt mean its any less different and my guy got a ban. So I think said person leaving it alone would be wise considering the noose wasnt too far from their neck only a few days ago. I'm no saying that leaves banning wasn't right, I would of suspended him myself If i were awake. Mainly I am suggesting that there is no need to instigate or start a bigger fire than what was already permitted. Its obvious that not everyone needs to throw their 2 cents in and it makes things easier for everyone if the captains and admins are to handle situations such as this.

I agree Errant. Lets all of us just take a breath, including myself, and start fresh. New and fresh! Until recently we were all excited and had fun. Lets get back to that! :D I'm excited to play GnR mainly because I don't think i've ever talked to any of them before. Should be a great chance to meet some new people and make friends!
If any accusations or whatnot comes up, tell your captain they will talk to the admins and other captains via PM. Sounds good to me. Thanks for the great ideas Errant! No wonder we keep you around
