Win rates have always and will always be a stupid way to judge balance. One balance is really a map to map thing because each map has builds that are stronger than others on it. Secondly that poorly controlled 1 base collosus build and that awesome game 1 where he managed to hold out on 1 less base the entire game both count as 1 win and 1 loss statistically.
The game isnt so broken that it usually isnt just a map that is bad for a certain race or a build is really powerful for a month or 2 which leads to a lot of players looking ridiculously good then hitting a setback as there build is figured out. Case in point remember DRGs 2 base muta into double expand build that gave him a 75-80% TvZ winrate for like 2 months then it got figured out and he dipped back down to earth.

Disappointing performance. He needs to invest less in his rally play and do some drop play like MMA or MKP. It´s pretty sad watching him play, his great micro and macro abilities going completely to waste here. He could do a lot better. Probably he´s not motivated enough. If he played like that in BW, playing like this is not going to work in SC2 either. That´s why Oz is the better player right now. PartinG is on a whole different level. I feel like Oz would be better than PartinG if his micro was as good. PartinG's mid-late game micro is just insane, the bio just ends up running from storms right into more storms.
I am surprised every time I´ve seen PartinG play like this. If you let PartinG get storm shit is just going to get real. This guy doesn´t joke around. But his zealot play and Stalker micro is great, too. Let´s not forget that. He can hold pretty well in the early stages of the game.

Granted TvZ and TvT are better to watch, but to wish for imbalance is something else.

I'm not that serious, but it's definitly a real feeling. Watching protoss never trully make for a great game in my opinion. It fell... flawed. If you know what i mean.

Disappointing. Polt and ForGG both tilted after losing games where they were ahead of Parting. Their gameplay against Oz was distinctly worse.
HTs are definitely too powerful against Terrans at the moment. Feedback for almost everything not T1, Storms/Archon for bio. They are the Protoss version of Ghost against Zerg before snipe damage was nerfed.

...only half of those have top level TvP, and Nada, Keen, GanZi and Jjakji were all in PartinG's groups...

Parting's HT the way he uses it should not be a threat to Terran as he uses them to flank the Terran army while the two deathballs face each other. Terran should take out those HT by having cloaked Ghosts around their Deathball to snipe them.

I completely disagree here. Templars are very hard to use correctly and are counterable by strong ghost play. I don't see them as too strong. If anything protoss has is too strong in this matchup, it's definately colossus based play (especially interacted with templar/archon) templars & archons are a fair deal. Colossus is a unit that has to be overcountered or is killing you with little effort. (you see this a thousand times, look at squirtles games against marineking & mma at ipl4). The problem is, that colossus are not really hard to use, but have a huge impact on the battles.

At least admit that if overall statistics give a big advantage for the terrans and if big tournaments also do, then it may be that at the very least terrans are not underpowered. Here I feel like when a terran win he always deserved it, but when it's a protoss it's like, "well there is no way terrans can win over OP protoss", even if the terrans are still doing overall better than any other races in competitions. When it's a toss who lose, most of the time it's the player who screwed, and most of the protoss supporters here don't even complain about that. But man, at the very very least, stop whining whereas terrans are still favored in stats.
