When it hits @ when Stephano originally did it, the only way to shut it down is to commit every chrono boost and lots of resources to robo production (preferably 2 robo's producing Immortals) which forces Protoss to pretty much one tech path unless they get a 3rd, which Stephano allways denied. It's a metagame thing, right now it works, but give it a few months and it will be just one more thing 'tosses prepare against, another "cheese" if you will.
