Wouldn't you at least need a referee or some sort of observer in the game? How do two players like that just "happen" to start their game? That is a serious serious fail on IPL's part.

If MKP loses 2-1, he can't be Stephano tiebreaker wise since he didn't win any series this tournament 2-0 while Curious/Stephano did. That one game where MKP played silly against White Ra in set two could bite him in the ass. Wow. I hope he makes it through even though it would make it harder for stephano/nestea. But its not a real top 8 if the best player in the world isn't in it.....

Stephano is such a nice player, I just think sometimes he doesn't understand the full ramifications of some of his actions. But it doesn't mean he's a bad player, if you ever get to see an interview with him he's such a good mannered player, never raging, always complimenting his opponets, being nice in chat, really just an affable player.

The players were probably told ahead of time that their game would NOT be cast, since the streamed game schedule was set before the event. Then IGN decided "Oh, we fucked up by not showing important matches. Maybe we should change our schedule". And then probably forgot to tell the players about the change. The players went ahead and did what they expected to be doing, meanwhile IGN fuck up and ask people to vote to see a match which has already started.

Rather than giving us the MKP vs curious game where they have to play for eviction they go on with the meaningless game of nestea vs ghanzi even though MKP vs curious was announced in the stream list :/

It has a link to the twitch tv page as part of the news when players log in, not an embedded stream ready to click play on. It also does have far more players than SC2 by the way. People really, really need to get off Riot's back and actually praise them for what they do. If Blizzard gave anywhere near as much of a shit about eSports as Riot do (and by that I mean doing more than wheeling Rob Simpson out) then maybe these stream numbers wouldn't be so poor.

Oh cool, so whenever players "want to" not be streamed or on the main stage, maybe because they get nervous or other reason, they can just decide randomly to start games and call them official matches of a tournament? Are you out of your mind?

You should never, ever be just allowing players to randomly start games like that. That is absolutely IPL's fault for not telling the players when they were scheduled to play + having the appropriate referees.
