Pretty much this. It was physically impossible to micro 3 marauders against the current number of zealots on the map. Combined with 5 nexii that HAD to have minimum 1 chrono free + Oh I think about 10 warpgates + warp prism in base to deal with fresh spawns.... The regame decision was not one of who was more ahead but one of which would appease the crowd the most.
You don't get it.
You don't get a def. win decision for being ahead. Parting had to have that game won - without MKP being able to make a comeback - for a def. win decision to stand.
The reason is simple - to not err on the side of re-game is to encourage players to get ahead and then try their hardest to disconnect. Not saying these players did that, but it's what it encourages, and therefore you have to err on the side of re-game and not set a precedence for def. wins.

He was keeping his money low. Just because you have at that split second, only 200 minerals, does not mean that you don't have enough money for a warp in in a few seconds.

No, it's NOT 100%. Maybe if he was in mkp's base then it would have been fine, but he wasn't. He was killing 3 rax outside of his base. His force was mostly zealots, it's not even close to an undisputed win.
Considering many pro-gamers are saying it was a 100% win I think you're wrong.

Dude, what little army MarineKing had included 6 Vikings. He could have shot down the Warp Prism and Parting had no money to warp in more than 2 zealots.
It's not like MarineKing was in a good position to make a comeback, but he was not dead enough to call it.
Parting did have more money. It's called income and he was mining. He wasn't like MKP with 1k+ minerals and 90 supply.
