Obviously they can't show Browder and Morhaime when someone lags out. First of all, it's not 100% it's Bnet's fault, and it's not good for anyone if the CEO of the company comes and watch games and the whole crowd boo's them..

Yeah, I think so too.

I never disagreed that there should be a LAN mode. My initial statement was just "it may be a computer issue", not "shut up guys we don't need LAN!"

The game was over, there was a warp prism in MKP his production. Sucks but MKP was dead.

It doesn't help the fact that I have yet to see a tournament without internet connectivity becoming a major issue, and I watch a lot of sc2 tournaments.

Do you even know the problem?... The problem is we don't have LAN which allows shit like this to happen, so yes it is correct to blame Blizzard here You don't know if it was a network fault or a PC issue. If the PC crashes, LAN isn't going to help. This isn't the only time games have dropped though. Even if this isn't because of the network, having LAN would still stop other dropped games (which HAVE happened before) from happening. There should at least be a LAN mode for big tournaments like this. That would be a no-brainer really. I will never understand why Blizzard doesn´t include that at least for tournaments.

Why can't we have a reconnect feature like Dota 2 if blizzard dosen't want lan?
Not that hard imo. Or they could recreate the scenario/map again if needed.

quote for more vote yo parting had no colossus and no templar with enough energy for storm. I think MKP would have held that 18 zealots and 2 maybe 3 archons and a few stalkers vs 3 marauder 6 vikings.
You crazy?

They should do a best of three! I mean do a BO3 with this game going to parting.
GOOD IDEA. DO THIS!

I'd make a terrible referee; I'd just tell them to regame so I could watch another PvT as good as that

You have to regame. PartinG has a lead, but not a lead where MKP cannot comeback. 60-70% in PartinG's favor, and you simply can't grant someone the game with a lead that's not that decisive.

Parting won that game. Absolutely no doubt. Marineking wasted his bank on a battlecruiser transition that didnt come in time.
