are there any VODs up?
Just load up any particular stream and there's a timeline, you can jump to any time you want from the entire broadcast.

I think he has BETTER infestor control/BL/late game army control than ANY zerg right now, including DRG. And he shuts down drops fairly easily plus likes to play safe with spines. Any Code S terran can take stephano in macro games, including Polt. One perfect example would be alive, who is undefeated against stephano, and all the games weren't even close. I would say overall I agree with you, but Stephano has more than shown that he can stand toe to toe with Polt. I wouldn't so easily write him off. Yes, he did lose, but he lost in a pretty great series. Yeah Polt and Stephano are pretty evenly matched, but I really don't think Polt vZ is that good for the standard of Code S. His TvZ actually ranks 18th in Korean TLPD, not really spectacular. I agree that there are stronger terrans vs Z but i can't name 18 better ones then Polt right now, TLPD is great but it only says overall points not the current play. Polt's TvZ is his weak point, but he has vastly improved from where he was a while ago. He faced Leenock in Code S not too long ago and was able to go 1-1 against him, beat Nestea in the Blizzard Cup, etc. MMA, MVP (when he has wrists) and MKP are way better vZ, but Polt's pretty damn good at it. I wouldn't mind seeing Alive vs. Stephano. That could be a good gauge of how good Stephano is and how good Polt's vZ is. Polt is shaky vs. Stephano in macro games because he never prepares for brood lords and refuses to use ghosts. Ghosts? Really? No top terran has used ghosts against BL/infestor since the nerf, because they're horrible. The only time I've seen them post patch is Morrow using them specifically for nukes. With no ghosts, Terran is NEVER prepared for blords. The only solution is vikings, but it is not a real solution because they get fungaled and killed off by corruptors easily. The only reason Polt won that first match is because Stephano only made 4 broodlords for whatever reason. If he had the typical 8+ number, Polt's surround move would've never worked. If only there was a Terran unit that could easily kill or neutralize the infestors so the vikings could kill the broodlords without getting fungaled! Siege tanks aren't that great even with good positioning and the best target fire because they stand to bombard your own army if broodlings land. Not to mention their supply/resources and linear production greatly lowers their efficiency against infestors. Ghosts used to do that, but both Infestors and Broodlords counter them pretty hard these days.

He likes talking about not needing Korean experience/practice, yet he doesn't want to show the world he can compete with the true best. He has talked about going to Korea for another visit. Still, I can understand perfectly why there are foreigners that don't want to live in Korea. There is more to life than proving that you can "compete with the true best" to some random nerds on a message board. Stephano doesn't like pressure. 1. If he fails at any tourney at sc2, he can always say "meh, I wasn't really that serious anyway". It's a ready made excuse. 2. If he doesn't go to Korea for a long time in the first place, he can't really fail there. People will sing his praises and say "if he had gone he would own I know it". I love his play, I love the man, I am so so disappointed at his decision. He's so ready, he's so skilled, why doesn't he go ![]() Because the kid is smart and knows his future is going to be secure with a good education and job as a physician. I mean, I would love to see him continue to hone his craft and learn to dominate elsewhere too, but he knows what's best for his life (and honestly, it is the better decision) This is why I will always respect and like Naniwa more than Stephano, even though I think Stephano is better. Naniwa is passionate about the game and wanting to be the best. There are a few foreigners that seem to really want to be the best: Naniwa, Jinro, Morrow, im sure I am missing a bunch but their mindset compared to someone like Stephano or Idra who obviously doesn't enjoy the game is like black and white.

Would you rather have him in group D so he can own the others in PvP and then you can complain that he only wins PvP and ez brackets etc? Huk cleaned his group up so far. Stop being bitter.
