Although you're right about ESL being strict on that sort of thing, I don't think there will be any ramifications for what happened. It looked to me like Zeus was second last to die in the round that lost them the title, and probably slammed his hands on to his keyboard through frustration.

i find all award ceremonies awkward, can't remember one in any sports which was actually great. but they are just needed for closure.
