I'm on a university network of 100mbit and they certaintly don't throttle high bandwidth traffic, yet I have lag. I have watched plenty of 1080p streams (hosted on Twitch, e.g. White-Ra's stream, NASL, etc) which have ran perfectly fine. Their servers are just acting up this weekend, this really isn't my ISP's fault  | ||
