No it isn't. People being able to watch doesn't effect people who are unable to.

Why cant I watch, I paid for my ticket, I am asked to log in every 2 minutes, when I click log in it brings me nowhere and all I can do is refresh. Fuck this is pissing me off. Why are there people who haven't paid watching with no problems but yet people who have paid can't FFS just let me watch

it's pay per view, you are not paying but you are viewing. Clearly there is a problem - likely technical.
