Violet had a good army in Game 2 but couldn't manuever it correctly, and he choked in the clutch. Then Game 3 comes up and he chokes again with an ill-advised baneling bust. He did try to bring some drones up at the top to make some extractors, but Polt's marines caught them. Violet was too preoccupied to kill and destroy all of Polt's bases/buildings to realize he had nothing left. And game three was just Violet cheesing. If you're going to be a champion, you don't tilt like that and just go, 'BWAH I FUCKED UP! HERE I GO WITH BANELING BUST!' Polt never gave up and played cool, calm and collected. That's why he won and Violet lost. | ||

Nor did I say Violet deserved the win, I'm saying it's dumb to say it was "well deserved" for Polt when he won because of Violet making massive mistakes. It's like saying it's a well deserved win if a bronze league player wins against Stephano because Stephano is disconnected from the game. | ||
