It's not a huge suprise to see players like MVP dropping to Code A at the moment, and its also not a suprise to see this many protoss in the Ro8 either. Although Terran had the most players in code S, they will have less in Ro8 than would statisically be likely based on that fact. MVP was rolled by Gumiho, racial balance has nothing to do with him going to Code A

I agree, Leenock is the only zerg who i can see going into late game without commiting into risk/reward scenarios every other zerg does (fast spire late ling speed, no gas etc)

And lol @ Zerg being favoured in lategame TvZ. If the Terran player has very good Ghost control (something not many people have, but still), the Zerg is in deep trouble.

It makes no sense that you'd have many Terrans at the start of Code S and less in the end in regards to who is good late game and who's not.

Confirmed. As much as Zerg likes to whine about how good Ghosts are in TvZ, the reality is, Ghosts are the only thing saving Terrans from that unit composition just demolishing them. Ditto with Motherships and PvZ. Isn't SC2 such a beautiful game?

I think winner of that has as the best chance of winning In fact, Parting also said in his interview that if he wins Ro8, which would be hard against DRG and Nestea hyung, he, of all the players has the highest chance of winning Code S. What a baller.

I'm T and I feel that Zerg has to pull all sorts of micro/macro gymnastics on that map while Terran has a clear cut slow push to center while harassing side bases. DRG proving that his ZvT is at an insane level. But I just wonder if he'd do as well vs MMA's equally insane triple/quadruple medivac drop + central harass. This map just seems a bit more straightforward for Terrans. I feel as if DRG is better than MMA and bad maps have been the bane of DRG. Blizzard cup finals that siege tank on high ground abuse was so hard to manage. MMA's of course excellent though!

I think MVP dropping to code A is still a surprise cuz he lost to Gumiho twice in a TvT
