When Puzzle plays well hes like unstoppable but in between his good games he makes some inexplicable decisions. So it will be interesting to see if he can back up his first game.

i believe puzzle won because he got 2base max saturation, more workers, more income. terran was not fully saturated. puzzle was able to pump out way more units

if supernova fully saturated and did a push 2minutes later but had max saturation on 2base (which can constantly produce ofrf 2factoriies, 2starports, AND 5raxes instead of 2) it would have worked imo

I realise this may be a bit overstrategic for a LR thread but...

I think the 1/1/1 marine/tank/banshee works because it hits before 2 base colossi (the threat of cloak forces a second observer and helps further delay the colossi). But doing it on 2 bases means that colossi will be out in force, which massivly weakens the tank/marine combo.

I thought Supernova was supposed to have good TvP. Surprising he'd go for some weird 2 base all-in. It looked like it might've worked during some points of that.

I think people are overrating how hard it is to defend that push. It's actually pretty easy to crush if you have collosus tech out before it even leaves the base.
